To walk a labyrinth or a maze?

A labyrinth is quite different from a maze.
It has only one path, hence there are no choices to be made.
A labyrinth is designed to help us find the way.
Walking a labyrinth engages the right part of your brain.
A labyrinth is about focus on the experience, rather than focus on the goal. A labyrinth is about trusting the path, letting go, and giving up conscious control.

Mazes, are about choices.
They have more than one entrance, more than one exit, and contain dead ends.
They are made to confuse you, trick you, and play games with you.
Walking a maze would engage the left side of the brain.
Mazes have hidden meanings.

I need a labyrinth!
