Brrrrrr...

I woke up and felt that my nose was icy cold this morning.
Today the whole city woke up to the first real day of fall.
Temperatures were down to the 40’s.
It felt nice outside. The air was crisp and it tempted me to take in deep, slow breaths.
It’s time to put away some of the summer clothes, take out some turtlenecks, jackets and boots. I enjoy this time of year; it’s a great break from the heat and humidity of the summer.
I only worry what the cold will do to my roses.
